Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic Australian orders over $35. Any orders under $35 incur a $5 shipping fee. Express shipping is available on all domestic Australian orders for $10.*

International shipping rates will vary depending on region. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

All products and orders are packed by us and dispatched from Sydney, Australia. We do not use drop shipping.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided at the time of order. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an error and we will do our best to update prior to dispatch. Please note we are unable to provide refunds or replacements as a result of an incorrect shipping address provided to us. 

Whilst we will do everything we can to ensure your parcels make it to their destination as quickly as possible. Once the parcels are in the care of the courier company we are not responsible for the delivery. Please contact us if you have any issues or queries

Where possible we will endeavour to see your order is dispatched the Next Business Day, please allow up to 2 business day for order to be filled and packed. The below table is indicative of delivery time after dispatch

Return to sender

If your parcel is returned to us and we have received it and it is the result of:

  • an incorrect or error in address you have supplied us
  • a failure to deliver
  • item is unclaimed or
  • item is refused,

we can re-ship the item to you at your request. A $10 re-shipping fee will be charged for standard Domestic shipping in Australia and must be paid prior to re-shipping.  Please contact us for international shipping.

Custom and duty charges

Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Customs or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

It is the customers responsibility to meet their countries importation, customs obligations and regulations. We take no responsibility for products being held up by your country’s customs.
