Please note, we are not responsible for any errors (i.e. address, order information) made by the customer so please ensure you put in the correct details.
At kesshō we pride ourselves on the QA of every product. If you received an item from kesshō that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving to request an exchange. The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the product unless the return is the fault of kesshō. We only accept returns if your bottle or base was damaged during shipment. If this is the case, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for breakage due to the mishandling of the bottle by the customer. Please handle our bottles with care as they are made of glass.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do not offer returns or refunds on open products due to Australian hygiene & safety standards.
